After living with our kitchen for 16 years, we were eager to revamp and recreate it — and John helped us do just that! He is pleasant to work with — and open to questions/suggestions throughout the process. He strikes a very good balance of using his experience and design style/esthetic while always seeking input and feedback to ensure that you (the client) are happy. He is brilliant at recommending all the customization elements for your drawers/cupboards/pantry that really give it the higher-end feel. There were a few hiccups – a delayed start date (by over a month), some unapproved expenses- but overall we were satisfied with the work and the end result. We love our new and improved kitchen!
